How we handle your information.

When you submit the “Request a Meeting” form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, work email, firm or company, role, phone number, preferred meeting times, and the agenda you describe.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information for every visit — IP address, browser type, and pages viewed — for security and site-reliability purposes.

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and arrange the meeting you requested. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Meeting requests are delivered to Valorant Partners by email through a third-party delivery provider (Resend), acting solely as our processor to transmit the message — it is not used for any other purpose.

We do not share your information with any other third party, except where required by law.

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. If we add analytics tools in the future to understand site usage, this policy will be updated to reflect it before that change takes effect.

We retain meeting-request submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the engagement, and delete them on request (see below).
